Victorian relay event today on the re-mapped Wildflower Drive. I was the 2nd leg runner after Clare and before Ilka. I think this must have been Ilka's first experience of starting in the 2nd mass start. My run was messy with several of the controls. Enjoyed it a lot however, and then we had some control collecting to do afterwards.

Note

Got home early from work (I started this morning at 7am), so set off to do my 8 hills. Got through a warm up and started on the first hill, very slow - I was feeling very unsteady in the guts dept, and had to give up. jogged home.
