Sedgwick today, and what a treat of a course. Warwick set a lovely course 1, very steep and challenging, but an absolute delight. It was actually 6.7km in length, but I detoured along tracks and my route choice added another km. I was very pleased with my navigation generally. I was slow on some hills and on the rough rocky areas, but managed to run most of it.

The distances I run vary from day to day because there is a different route each morning. Distance is a guess. Felt good this morning and ran some hills. Dawn not so spectacular today.
