State league event at Kooyoora today. After yesterday's distaster I was determined to travel more slowly and carefully. Did this, and my errors were minor, inside the control circle ones.

Shadowed a young girl around one of the easy courses. She made me realise how slow I usually run!

Local event at Kooyoora, and the course setter won this one. There were 2 legs that took me over 22 mins and another one on which I lost 16mins. I was very frustrated.

Got up early and went out running. Only lasted 10 mins or so... my archilles tendons were getting sore, so I just ran home again.
