State series #4 on Lauder Mine map. Enjoyable event and I was quite happy with my run - considering that I am not as fit as I would like to be. I lost 3mins on 5th leg due to not feeling confident enough. also lost 2 mins on the 9th leg. Beautiful day, great assembly area and I enjoyed spendin gtime with friends.

local event on Mount Tarrqngower today. This was the longest course, and I had difficulty on one control - probably lost about 3 mins on the 12th control.

This was an early morning run - my first in a very long time. I was awake at 6.15am, so with nothing better to do, got the running gear on and went out in the 4 degree morning. Ran only as far as the hospital and back. Not a big run at all... felt much better afterwards. Always feel pretty good during the day after an early run.

A cold night and I wanted to get my run in quickly. This was the Honeysuckle hill run - 3 ups and exceeds 6km. Honeysuckle is a long steady hill, with just a bit of variation. Not bad after dark.
