Orienteering on the Jim Crow map. I ran in W35 - silly me; I'm very slowly recovering from being sick, and have lost a lot of fitness. Had to walk some hills, and my running was pathetic. Nice to be out in a wet forest.

Local orienteering event on the Sedgwick map. Great day, good course; organiser was Cath Creely - it was clear that she had put some thought into including route choice legs. I really enjoyed this even though the weather was cold and rainy for the whole day.

Needed to get out and run a bit today. Very slow, and it took a while to warm up, but it was very nice to be out in the sun running in the bush today!

Very sick of being sick. Seems I've got a broken rib from all my coughing.

Hugely disappointed that I still haven't recovered enough to run. My coughing was so bad that I think I have torn a muscle in my chest wall. It's very painful to move and cough.
