supposed to be a longish run, but felt so unmotivated that I walked half of the distance back home. Felt much better walking than running.

Mandurang map, contours only, one hour score event. Beautiful sunny day made it pretty warm running in the steep terrain. Lovely event that was plenty tricky enough.

Just a short local run to ge the legs moving and the heart rate up a bit. It was raining a bit and there was a lot of water in the forest.
