Went for a run with my brother in Canberra, near Mt Ainslie. Thunder storm happening nearby and it hailed on us.

I'm feeling very unfit; This run was more difficult than I remember. Chest was OK for the first 3km, then the discomfort increased. It's 3wks 2days since I fell - it's gradually healing....
