Rode with friends to the North Harcourt road. Then turned around and rode home via South Mandurang. Rode back with a codger who was going a little slower.

walked the B course - 'i think I have a cracked rib - can't run without it jarring and hurting.

Walked most of the way home from kangaroo flat station for some exercise - chest is still too sore for running. Neil picked me up when it got too dark.
