This started out as a long run with potential. We started out to run along the Coliban channel from Springs rd. Well, we found the track eventually after some unnecessary uphill running. then I fell over - it was one of those slow motion stumbles that ended up in a full frontal belly flop and skid on the gravelly track. well winded and a bit grazed, and too sooky to continue.
