Ran after work with Neil. I ran like a slug - and felt like one. Glad when I got back home.

Extra riding required, as Neil had locked himself out of the car at Lake Neangar where he stopped for a run after work. He'd also locked his phone in the car. I'd caught a late train back from Castlemaine, and got a message from Evan when I was half way home, that Neil was stuck at Lake Weeroona. I rode to that lake and ran around it looking for the car - wasn't there. Evan arrived at Lake Weeroona to go running himself, and told me Neil was at the other lake! Rode out there and finally got home - 2 hours and 10mins after leaving work!
