Local run - added a 16 min interval @ 5km race pace.

orienteering race 1:30:02 [3] 10.5 km (8:34 / km)

This course was actually 6.85km, but I got embarassingly lost - for a long time, and wandered. Funny thing happened on the way to the finish after giving up trying to find control 9: I came across control # 9! Finished the course but had the slowest time, by a long way.
