Needed to get one half marathon distance training session in before the great ocean road event in 2 weeks. Home to Crusoe Rd via Brown's Reef map. Very slow and a bit achey. Felt very good finishing.

orienteering race 1:09:13 [4] *** 6.7 km (10:20 / km)

I love running on Sedgwick, and was pleased that I didn't make any major errors, just overran a couple of controls. Someone very rudely commented that my prototype club running top ( out for a trial) made me run faster. This event was a corker, the legs were different lengths and the long leg had lots of route choice options; Charles Brownridge's courses were high standard.
