Long run - stayed home from orienteering to get this done in one go. Did the Lockwood Rd route ( there and back along the same track) and added an extra 4km circuit in Maiden Gully at the end. Started out feeling awful, and wondered if I'd manage the planned distance. After about 5km started to feel more normal, and improved as I went on. Fewer aches and pains in my legs today.
