Went for a run with Pensioner - in the northern Whipstick area. Very nice, flat running on tracks softened by 5mm of rain last night. I felt awful all the time - lacked energy, and just didn't feel like running.

Rode to work - legs too tired to run this morning. Significant head wind made the ride slower than normal.

A short one this morning - there's a street-o event this afternoon. I don't want to overdo it on the day after a rest.

First street-o event, in the eastern suburban par to fBendigo. Tried to maintain a steady race pace throughout. One control was broken, couldn't punch the card, & I didn't calculate it into my score. Should have been 50 points higher.

Early run, because it was going to be a hot day. Very slow start and felt tired most of the run. Tomorrow will be a rest day.
