Long local run with Pensioner. Some of the tracks were pretty rough. Weather was ideal for a long run - cloudy most of the time we were running. Feet and lower legs were pretty sore.

Local Maiden Gully route, to loosen up the legs after too long sitting in the car, returning from Kangaroo Island.

Did the Rocky River route down at Flinders Chase National Park, where we were camped for 2 nights. Took in a couple of platypus viewing hides along the way (didn't see any though).

Beach and trail run in the early morning at Brownlow (near the caravan park). Did 3 X 6min intervals at 5km race pace (for me). Remainder of the time was warm up, cool down, 2min between intervals.
Beautiful, calm beach conditions.

Beach, terrain and track run at American River, Kangaroo Island (early morning with Ilks). Water was calm and very clear. Lots of pelicans. Ran through a casuarina forest where glossy black cockatoos feed. Didn't see any cockatoos though.
