Mt Buffalo - fantastic views on the way up. Felt heaps better today after a good sleep, and was able to put in and run most of the way.

This was the climb up Mt Hotham, up the Bon Accord Spur from Harrietville. This was very intense. Jogged the first easy graded track before the steep grade slowed me down. Once again, I couldn't sustain a run, but continued to work hard all the way up the steeper climb. Great views from the Razorback spur on top! The fire in the hut and nibbles to munch on as we discussed the climb, were very welcome.

The first part of the climb was gently graded, and I could run it with just the usual effort. A nice start, contouring around the lower part of the spur.
