Street run along High St tonight. Nice easy social session.

2km run ( in 9:15) followed by 1 min of push-ups, squats, shoulder presses, biceps curls, sit ups, endurance planking and finished off with 90 secs of sprint reps. Phew! I used 2 X 6kg hand weights for the first time. Big effort tonight. My heart rate was 180 after the 2km run.

Ran with Neil after work; just up and down the creek. Felt quite good, but my knees were hot afterwards. They are still a bit sore after our trip to tassie.

Mountain bike trails at Derby, Tasmania. I started out very wobbly and uncertain of any skills. It took a couple of hours of practice, but I did improve and do a couple of intermediate trails. this was fun once I had developed a bit of confidence.

Tonight's session included a 3km time trial ( my time was 14:53) which was twice around the lake. It was very hot, so we took it quite gently...
