After a messy start, taking far too long on controls 1 & 2, I got more careful and all other controls were quite clean for me. Quite Happy with this. Haha - had 3 'fastest' splits (all short), including the finish chute.
Looking forward to getting back into training for some running events in the next 3 months, and getting back into Step into Life.
Had an interesting conversation with a chap who always comes in among the fastest in his age class in orienteering (m55 class). He attends Step into Life in Williamstown and told me he thinks it has helped him with his strength and his running training. Great to hear!
