This was a holiday session early in the morning at Rosalind park. It included jogging, some sprints, lunges, step ups, stairs, crunches, etc.

Attempted a run today, but my toes were sore, and I wasn't enjoying it, so I finished my 'walk around the block' and came home. Think I needed a rest day.

Ran with Jenny at No. 7; we ran two loops of No 7 and Crusoe reservoirs. Started off faster than normal for a long run, and kept up the pace for most of the run. Lovely morning for running there. We went back to the Good Loaf for coffee and breakfast afterwards.

Evening tone up session with fit balls and weights. This was a really tough upper limb and abdominal work out. A great balance for this morning's run.
