Did course 3 with Jacqui and Nigel. There were no tracks marked, and at Lyell Forest North, in a vague area, the navigation was a bit difficult.

Beautiful event on a beautiful day at beautiful Kooyoora north. Lots of straight line running to controls in either vague areas or rocky detail.

Fit ball as light weights tonight. It was very cold, and Neil came. We used 4kg hand weights.

Interval sesssion at no 7 Reserve. After a 1.3km warm up jog around the reservoir, we did 4 x 1000m intervals with 90sec recoveries between them. Went for a cool down run afterwards. I do like the sessions that Andrew organises on Tuesday afternoons.

Mosquito Creek event. I set out to do course 2 at 5.6km, but actually covered 2.5 km extra distance looking for one control, after taking a road option on a long leg. I think this could be a nomination for the noodle award. Louise might see this as justice at last....
