Long run with Sam on some beautiful sunny trails to the North of Bath. Not explored some of this area before so was nice to get out.

I'm happy to have managed to get one last long run in before the JK.

Got scared by some cows again (i really need to get a grip of this) and managed to trip over as I ran away nothing serious though.

Once I got home my back was really bad but seems to have improved a bit now.

Played my card (meaning all the flat had to join me on the run).

As it was the last day with all the bois in the flat before exams I thought it was best to do a bit of a race up Bathwick Hill.

I didn't manage a PB on the Strava segment but was only 15sec off and considering i've been so ill i'm pretty happy with that.
