Orienteering Racing race 52:44 [5] 6.5 km (8:07 / km) +270m 6:43 / km
shoes: IOV8 - Roclite 290

Physically tough race but one of the best blues i have done. Made a couple of mistakes but generally navigation was pretty spot on. just didn't have a huge amount of speed in the legs.

Cycling (VO2 Max test ) 20:00 [5]

VO2 ramp test - Resistance increases every 3 minutes

Really tough and good

VO2 Max came out as 57 L/min - I think I had a little more left in the tank but I had to indicate when I was 1 min from being finished but may have done it slightly early.

The Best Orienteering event I've had in a while.

Was really happy to get close to the hour mark and no big errors. One poor route choice probably wasted a couple of minutes.

I'm in absolute awe of the M21 dudes that win these events they must be incredible navigators as well as mad good runners.
