Running 3:35:30 [2] 19.1 km (11:17 / km) +1040m 8:52 / km

Glen clova east hills round, ending on cairn broadlands w/ Dad. Not a bad route, still plenty of snow beds - carrying our weight thankfully. Inov8s catastrophically failed half way (sole separated from upper) had to use bandages to get home. Only 570km on them. Didn’t see it coming.

Feteresso gravelly explore. Still big snow beds in the shade so lots of walking/pushing. On the limits of road shoes.

Running 1:01:20 [3] 12.65 km (4:51 / km) +350m 4:16 / km

North drumtochty circuit. Legs feeling decent, no longer any ache from the left. I think new bike shoes need their cleats moved - must have been stressing the joint in some way.

Running 43:00 [3] 7.8 km (5:31 / km) +310m 4:36 / km

Finella c/w. Knee niggle remains there, but isn’t worsening.

Cycling 2:41:30 [3] 76.71 km (28.5 kph) +750m

Caterthuns loop with some spicy extensions. Was getting a dull ache on my upper left calf (behind the knee) a tad concerning but hopefully a one off.
