Big ol run round all the glen muick Munros, building round to lochnagar. Bit of a shock having never run further than 20ishK before. Failed to drink enough so by the end was getting stomach cramps. Still really epic day, super sunny and great to be out in the hills. Big cycle planned tomorrow hopefully the cycling muscles are different.

MapRun round Banchory. Start caught me off guard, didn’t even get close and Bleep, I was off Before warming up. After that took a couple controls to get going but did enjoy the rest. Also tried for ages to get the route on Strava but failed. 1st place. Of one.
