Out to mill of Uras then down the coast to Marykirk and back. Got yelled at from some old guy who had been following me for “aboot fucken twa miles”. Just cos I didn’t stop straight away to let his massive great Range Rover past me on a descent. He spent much longer shouting at me than he was held up for.

Girthy run right round finella and back thru the deer farm. Should’ve taken water because I got really dehydrated and then uncomfortable later on. Tight calfs and sore knees made the whole thing more painful than necessary.
