finnela trail run. snowy on the open hill but much warmer in the woods so got far too hot with my cag on. Legs felt very elastic so pushed the pace more than usual on the climb

Bogendreip diy Blue course. Took it slow, focusing on the nav - just trying not to get lost. Lots of trees had been removed which made the area even more bleak. Despite the roughness still enjoyed it once i got started, haven't lost all my skills just yet. Might do it again if boris doesnt find out that i drove for exercise.

Big loop round by strathdon and gairnshiel. Headwind all the way home from ballater forced me into a wall and a walk all the way back over the cairn. Just didn’t take enough food so by the time I had crawled home I was white and shivering even in the sun. Don’t think I knew what wrecked felt like until yesterday.
