shoes: Innov8 X Talon (red)

Wagga - albury interclub @ Burngoogee. Ran the short red again, super sore from yesterday still. Enjoyable course with a fair bit of route choice, didn't make any major errors was just a bit wobbly on some & have no bush running fitness! Running in the pine forest to the second last control was most enjoyable

Road runners. Don't really think I was ready to make my return but it was a brand new course at Silverlite and I was keen to have a go there. Started off with Belinda and started off way too fast! So once we hit the long and slow incline I was gone (and goes slowly up for 2.5km) and dropped well behind. Enjoyed the decline home thou! Nice to be out running with everyone again thou

Longest run since January :) Mum worked a half day and then came over, so we went down to the lake and she pushed Ryder around in the pram whilst I ran two laps. Had planned on trying hard for the first 5km and then just seeing what happened, but felt good and kept going, will probably be sore tomorrow.
Guess now I'm getting my training back on track should think about getting my diet back on track...no more chocolate, tim tams, ice cream... or maybe not yet!

Morn run from the in-laws place. After a quick lesson on how the pram works I was off & they were grinning with their first babysitting duties

Down to the river and along the levee. I was feeling pretty ordinary, hungry and hadn't stretched properly after last nights run. However the biggest disappointment of the run was running past the pile of rubble that used to be The Red Lion Hotel, my old uni pub, gone :(

Run with Dad on what will now be know as Tatton Hill. Did my loop and then 5x100 hill sprints. Felt better on the sprints than last week (maybe cos I was pushing myself harder to beat Dad!!). Good company and good run
