Had planned on running a 4km fun run in the morn out on the Hume Highway with NHA (new section of the duplication works opening this week), got out to the compound @ Kyeamba and only 10 others turned up, so it was decided to can the run and just have a bbq breakfast, wasn't complaining as still felt pretty ordinary.

Club CATI @ Willans Hill. Trent and I strolled up from home, looking random in our O gear.....course started around the Botanic Gardens and then went up on the hill, nav fine but had to walk most hills, still felt crap, plus my egg roll from this morning was still digesting :(
