Note

Had planned on running a 4km fun run in the morn out on the Hume Highway with NHA (new section of the duplication works opening this week), got out to the compound @ Kyeamba and only 10 others turned up, so it was decided to can the run and just have a bbq breakfast, wasn't complaining as still felt pretty ordinary.

Club CATI @ Willans Hill. Trent and I strolled up from home, looking random in our O gear.....course started around the Botanic Gardens and then went up on the hill, nav fine but had to walk most hills, still felt crap, plus my egg roll from this morning was still digesting :(

Road Runners @ CSU. My worst run in a long time, my legs are still giving me grief, so heavy and tight, despite lots of stretching and self massage each night. Felt ok for the first 4km but then it just got progressively worse, and the hills didn't help. Felling really crappy running at the moment.

Morning run with Belinda on Willans, left at 6am and it was still dark up on the hill, so took the first 15mins slow and cautiously. Legs started to feel really heavy and tight after an hour so every slight rise was a struggle

Easy afternoon run with Dad, legs were still very sore and tight from this morning, despite a big walk during my lunch break to try and stretch them out and random stretching during the day.
