Given myself a rest week. Started seeing a new exercise physiologist which is going really well and I haven't felt this positive in months, in my first session he videoed me running on the treadmill and pointed out my weaknesses. At the moment I've got a lot of glute work to do, which I'm really feeling.
Also had a massage on Wednesday, painful :( I had expected to be bruised on my itb's again, but woke up Thursday with a bruised back! Guess I was carrying a lot of tension their :(
