Leg press 130, Leg curl 20, Leg extension 20, Hip Abductor 40, Hip adductor 40.
Hamstrings + rhs adductor still sore from IIF.

Running warm up/down (Treadmill) 10:00 [2] 1.8 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: Gray Saucony

Left foot turning out on footstrike. Think this might be what is causing pain in lower left leg. Concentrated on putting foot down staright and leg did not hurt.
