Solid run apart from no4 which was in the area that i messed up in at the British in 2016. Apart from that really enjoyed it but legs were a bit tired from the day before on the hills

Scottish Champs
Was having a really good run then hit the open at n7,8,10 and didn't quite hit them right so lost about a min on each of them. Then lost about 10mins on no12 cause i chose to cut through the green (bad idea should have just gone up the path and in) and managed to get on the wrong stream then spent ages looking for it. Other than that had a solid run that i was pleased with - finally showing some promise!!
