feeling fairly strong on hills
l achilles achy at start, a bit sore later on, although better going through terrain at end, felt l foot around 30 min but then ok, hamstring fine

not as fit as I thought/hoped I was
hamstring OK, just got a touch of cramp on descent after 22miles
l achilles just slightly sore running, stiffened up a lot in evening
r achiles fine
went out aiming to for 6'30:
6'29, 6'34, 6'32, 6'29, 6'39, 6'43, 6'41, 6'51 (includes start of climb), 6'45, 6'27, 6'38, 6'44, 6'46, 6'31, 6'48, 6'38, 6'49, 6'53, 7'16, 7'22, 7'41, 7'56 (includes climb), 7'37, 7'40, 8'32, 8'34, 1'08
was struggling from half way, nothing in legs at end
