Street O very hot, finished just short, hills brutal. Great course setting got caught out with route choices, skipped last 2 controls as was knackered.

Jogging with S 2'run, 1' walk x 10. Felt awful to start, better 1/2 way. Body fighting something still as HR still a bit high.

Dnf. Messed up 2 controls and lost confidence, had covered too many kms to keep going. Heat a factor, as started later, no water left at drinks stations, was cooked so pulled pin. Will drop back a level next time to try finishing a hard course successfully after stepping up from moderate courses.
