Long hilly run with Freya, Louise and Roanne. Started from Carnethy then up Turnhouse, down to Flotterstone, around Castlelaw, up Allemuir and back down to the ski center. First actual run in the Pentlands, truly amazing. Why did I not do this earlier. Weather was horrendous for the first 15 min but then had sun and a very enjoyable tailwind, what's not to like. In all true fashion, ended the run in Mcdonalds, never knew coke could taste so sweet. All in all a perfect day.

FWTN - Buckstone. Very nice course and area. Was slowly loosing focus and energy so messed up all my last loop, oops.
