shoes: Saucony HAVOK

Oxford Mail League #5. Fantastic XC course at Hambledon with loads of climb and more importantly loads of tasty steep downhills. I was surprised with how well i ran - beating Owen and Les to come in 14th and 1st under-20. Counting myself pretty lucky to have got through the flu without losing much fitness. Definitely recovered now.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [1] 3.2 km (6:15 / km) +40m 5:53 / km
shoes: Kalenji Trails

Nice bit of orienteering at Kings Wood. Practising just ploughing straight through whatever is underneath the red line of glory. Was a bit grim but hopefully good practice for Wharncliffe. Some of the low intensity runs were shadowing juniors.

Felt energetic for the first time since the flu struck, so did some squash as a little tester and then enjoyed a lovely run with Mr Taylor at Wittenham Clumps. Felt OK even up the big hill
