Downhill course at Errochty. Took it easy because i felt a bit ill, and ended up crashing in the minibus afterwards with the flu so that was the end of my Pitlochry camp. Went home the next day and then took a week off to recover.

Sprint training at North Muirton - fully mugged off by 3 dead ends on the way to #1 - rushed off without looking closely enough at the map and didn't see them. After that it was solid, but i struggled to find a good route on the long legs.

Lovely relay training - much better at investing time to read the map and taking in a lot from each glance. Messed up #13 quite a bit due to not focusing on direction, because I had been mainly using picture over direction for most of the course. Really enjoyed it though
