Running (1000) 10:00 [3]

Feeling a bit stronger I think, although Scrumpy kept on trying to push me over whilst I was attempting to hold side-plank which was really tickley, but she definitely made me have to work harder, more to stop getting the giggles than any thing else.

Orienteering race (Terrain) 47:44 [3] 8.6 km (5:33 / km) +107m 5:14 / km
shoes: New Irocks

Proper solid run with good running and happy nav. Got stuck in a bush twice and took a longer path route but only lost a wee bit of time... So v. pleased basically:)

Running 10:00 [3]

Meant to be a rest day according to the App but seeing as I missed a day, did that that day. It wasn't very easy...

Back on HARD

Thursday Jan 10, 2019 #

Note

Struggled getting out of bed this morning as my core was so sore; so giving the HARD workout a day off.
5 PM

Running (Trail) 1:08:22 [3] 12.76 km (5:21 / km) +249m 4:53 / km
shoes: Really Scruffy Irocks

Just broke my Gel virginity - was pretty disgusting but at least now I know... Slow LSD as my legs feel pretty wrecked from yesterday especially my Hammies but was still nice. Took 3 torches as all pretty flat.

Running (Track) 15:14 [3] 2.27 km (6:42 / km)
shoes: Blue Roclites

Helping Brad prepare for his 800m by eating his dust. The two of us did 3 flat out reps - 300m, 30secs recovery, 100m; 200m, 30 secs recovery, 200m; and another 300m, 30 secs, 100m. First fast sesh for yonks so legs felt vv heavy and running style went totally out the window. Also felt a bit unsatisfying as it was so short; not that I could have taken any more....
9 PM

Running 10:00 [3]

Day 3 of HARD workout. Today it really burned like fire although 'I like to move it move it" did make it much easier:)

1st try of the HARD sesh.
7 PM

Running 33:44 [3] 5.83 km (5:47 / km) +16m 5:43 / km
shoes: Blue Roclites

The more expensive the Garmin the more climb it records. Is this just me? Scarlet did 66m and I did 16m doing the same session on the same hill!! 5 x (500m/15m ascent and descent hard, 50m Jog, 50m hill sprint 50m jog, 50m Hill Sprint, 50m walk) Started really quick, with first 3 sets under 3min\km's, head not in it on the forth so dropped back 20m but back up to around 3min/km again on the lasts set. Pushed harder than normal which is good. Felt a bit grumpy for the first time in like a year as I got a head ache afterwards, sorry Scarlet.

Running (Track) 6:06 [3] 1.04 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Blue Roclites
