Catch up with angel around in the south side. Got the subway and met her at Queen’s Park, nice little tour through some of the parks including pollock. Was gonna get the subway home again but leggies felt good and golden hour was getting better and better so decided to run back and make the most of it. Very enjoyable, a nice unexpected mid week long run

Just a quick little speed session tonight, coach John didn’t seem to be enjoying standing in the pouring rain and pitch dark.
Leggies felt good, reps weren’t long enough not to I guess!!
Got that weird dizzy black out feeling again after when we were all just stood about chatting, hasn’t happened in ages, possibly this low iron thing again :((

Noa bailed so left me with all the speedy boys :(( legs felt really good and fast so managed to keep up just fine. Second visit to Festival park, never disappoints...much to Chris’s excitement!
Possibly been persuaded my Findlay to run the 3k TT on Wednesday, not very keen tho, will see how I feel after ints tomorrow night.
