Gonna have a bit of a rest/easy week. Full of the cold (not covid, definitely not a dry cough with fever, more like super snotty nose and gross flemmy cough. Sorry, too much detail!).
Probably in need of a down week. Weekly mileage has been consistent at 65-70k and going well for months now, feeling good and can carry on doing it easily.
Since the Scottish hill champs and starting uni again I’ve felt kinda shit on more runs than usual, not feeling my best so hopefully this will do me and my legs good.
Will take it day by day, see what I feel up to, maybe get a few easy jogs in but nothing. Could be tempted by some hills at the weekend but want to get rid of this cold first.
