running (MofD to cambus) 48:06 [3] 8.27 km (5:49 / km) +121m 5:25 / km
ahr:164 max:185

Bit of a logistical fuck up with Eildh, the car and meet up point but all was good in the end.
such nice trails though MofD and then joined onto a bit of cambus canter route. Sad to here thats cancelled this year :(
Achilles was a little niggly at start but then seemed to warm up and felt ok. Only planned to do 5-6km but ended up over that due to the mix up. Until around 5 km Achilles was good but then just started to get worse and more painful. Pretty sharp and concentrated.
Felt good in a mobility stretch as had been stiffening up.

Note
(injured)

(Have logged description in “injuries” for more detail)
Gonna ease off on the running this following week(s) (possibly) right Achilles is pretty sore and don’t want this getting worse. Will stick to cycling and have some exercises do get on with thanks to Rodger C originally from James C so hopefully will start working . Happy to here that running is ok and up to a pain of 6 / 10 should be fine, will just keep an eye on it and be careful. Fun times ahead...

spinning (indoor Turbo) 1:00:18 [3]

The word "Spinning" used very loosely.
Kinda shitty set up in the garage with the turbo and an old mountain bike as the only road bike in the Campbell household that fitted the turbo is in bits and pieces. Hail storm outside so this was my best option. Was made better watching bake off on the laptop.

running (Tempo (ish) ) 44:00 [3] 8.24 km (5:20 / km) +67m 5:08 / km
ahr:158 max:182

Across the road along the Dee - first half through small trails and slower pace . Picked up the pace on second half on way back, kept to the pain path.
Over the last 3 day / runs right Achilles has been getting sore, think it might be the sudden increase in hills since coming home compared to Glasgow. And have had tight calves for weeks. Gonna take a rest day , maybe two and see how it is. Do some exercises and rolling. Really hoping this isn’t gonna be longer term or get worse :(( enjoying running back in deeside too much

orienteering (Crathie and balmoral ) 1:42:24 [3] 14.01 km (7:19 / km) +405m 6:23 / km
ahr:149 max:188

Day out with Eilidh’s :)) bit of Crathie O at then beginning. Lovely area, but so hot and humid in full leg cover and thermals bailed back to the car after about 4km / 35 mins each for our picnic and change into shorts and t shirts
Balmoral cairn next , such a lovely run, lush forest.
Right Achilles tight, only really on the hard surfaces, didn’t notice through the trails
