Eventually dragged myself out of bed into the wind and rain.
Story time :))
Got all caught up in the Scottish independence march that I was unaware of. Tried to divert round that back of the stevie building, but just found the other end of the March . Stopped to watch the motorbike rally and pipe band then headed to the river for some piece and quiet. Felt super shitty , got a stitch at km 5 that wouldn't go, cut what I’d planned short and headed home, met the March again near my flat so was another few hundred meters of dodging flags and umbrellas .
Knees both fine , no pain.

Suns out in Glasgow today !! Made the most of having no motivation in uni and blue skies , left at lunch time to go run. Met Zoe G at Murano halls up maryhill way (new place for me) then had a nice catch up along the kelvin , through Botanics, down to the Clyde , stopped for a pee in a random hotel and then along the cycle path back to mine.
Been noticing recently that my right knee gets a bit of a niggle (past patella injury) near the end of a long run (after 10.5 / 11km ish) nothing bad or something that would stop me but one to watch.

Up bright and stupidly early for some morning hills with big kirsty and Izzy . Pitch dark on the way up , sun starting to rise as we made our way down so head torches were switched off. Took a few flyers into the mud , had to rinse of in a stream. Rain stayed off and so did the wind so pretty pleasant.
Had a nap in the afternoon to get me through.

Beating the dark , sunset run along Kelvin way and back along the Clyde.
Apparently incapable of picking my feat up, scrapped up knees and hands. Tarmac hurts :(
