One night in Glasgow to build an Ikea wardrobe/watch while Finn built it. morning wiggle along the kelvin, through Botanics then some bits and bobs in kelvin grove. Legs felt really good and speedy, wanted to be out for longer but had to get the train back to Ed.

Ran to the athletics field from home, whole squad was out on the track. Whilst Eil's and Joe did their sessions, John, Luke and I practiced our cartwheels, longjump, slow jogs and cheerleading skills. Third wheeling up to Glas Maol with Eilidh and luke. A fair slog up the first couple hills to get onto the ridge but lovely lovely stuff. Fog came in quickly but had luckily cleared by the summit for some saucy views.
A chippy in Ballater for lunch (turned dinner) just hit the spot after :))
Legs felt nice and fresh after a couple days off.

Didn’t get back to Deeside until 7pm so unlike E, a run was out of the question for me. Plus felt that 2 days rest was probably an ok idea. Trainings been pretty consistent with 60-65km weeks over almost all of lockdown so a couple days off sounded quite beneficial. Ideally would take tomorrow off as well but Glas Maol with Eilidh and Luke is too tempting!

Eventful Scolty run. Finn was going for the N segment, but quit half way. I got to the tower and got really dizzy and like that fuzzy eye thing (has happened a few time recently, need to get iron levels checked again). Needed to cross the river to get home but the water was so high and fast ended up having a sketchy swim across getting soaked.
