Last day of 2019 !! From Pennan along the coastal trail to New Aberdour beach and back, some nice field hopping on the way back on the cliffs above Pennan. Super sunny and warm , running in sports bra at some points , definitely not thermal weather as I’d thought.

Lots of terrain sections so suited me well I think . Expected a more significant hill so wasn’t expecting to be at the “cairn” and turn around point so quickly , could’ve paced a bit faster on the way up.

All over the place . Partly just not concentrating and taking time to actually orienteer properly but also seemed that my direction was all off. E had the same issue , even when walking . Was suggested by Felix lay maybe north wasn’t aligned correctly ?
Still enjoyable , nice to be back at a DNC in a pretty jammy deeside area .

showing Finn Glasgows best running spots. along the Clyde then through west end to the kelvin way and park. Freezing cold, felt like -10, super foggy couldn't even see the river, pavements were slippy and his hair got frosty. sun came out once in the park. just took it steady, felt good after two days off, cough is a lot better. knee update- no recent niggles, both feeling fine the last few weeks, think I'm finally over this injury, super pleased, didn't expect them to be feeling so great with all the tarmac running I've been doing.
