Orienteering race 1:26:01 [3]

three races at sprint camp in Vancouver most likely ran around 10 km in total.
two urban races at BCIT and one race at Kensington park.

AM Fitness (Cardio/core) 50:00 [3]

we did a core/cardio work out that lasted 26 minutes with no rest between exercises. We also had a 15 minute warm up and we stretched at the end of the work out.

did a superset of upper/lower body workout with 10 minutes of core at the end.

Cross County skiing skate intervals 1:30:00 [3]

We did 6 intervals around the 3.0 km skat e course for the BC champs. 3 of the intervals were 2 km long and mostly uphill. The other 3 intervals where around 50 meters up the beast

Cross country skiing classic 1:30:00 [3]

9x8 seconds intervals 6 of the intervals were up hill and 3 of them were double pole.

Note

no AM Fitness we had a test today on physical activity instead.

started with a 10 minutes cardio warm up either running or on the stationary bike then we did a strength workout

did a easy work out because we had all raced during the weekend
