Three things to note on training.
1. Got covid. Felt really rough yesterday with a very bad migraine and just got a bad throat now. Can't focus either. Hopefully goes away quick but having a break from training anyway for a week or so.
2. My phone broke a while back so I haven't been able to upload watch and put runs on AP.
3. Feel strong, but need to sort general lifestyle out. More sleep, less social media, better diet etc...
