Orienteering race (JK long race m18e) 1:55:00 [3] **** 11.57 mi (9:56 / mi) +402m 8:58 / mi

2nd run in the new VJ bolds. Navigation was perfect the first half. Then I got unbearable blisters on left foot so had to walk the last 6miles. 33rd wasn't as bad as I thought I would get, but its not a win so I was not the happiest at this years jk.

Mountain bike 1:30:00 [3] 12.28 mi (8.2 mph)

Post jk ride. Quite tired from long race couple hours prior.

Orienteering (jk middle race m18e) 39:00 [3] *** 4.11 mi (9:29 / mi) +217m 8:09 / mi

Felt very good. A couple very bad mistakes but running made up for it. Was being followed by a Finnish national runner the whole way round. When I downloaded I was told I was disqualified. Think I fully missed control.

Castle ring orienteering training. Such a great course by John. lots of long physical, hard legs alongside some short technical legs. Only got lost once or twice.

Running 31:00 [3] ** 4.36 mi (7:07 / mi) +129m 6:31 / mi
shoes: Adizero adios 3

A nice fast run with fly. More intervals with lots of stopping and starting so I could relocate the dog. Legs felt good, meaning I definitely didn't push myself on Sunday.
