Solo run in the valleys whilst Mum and Dad walk up carding mill valley with fly. Ran a rough trace of the first half of the valleys route before climbing Callow and heading back along and down the summit of Yerlet. Legs felt tired from yesturday.

Tiering day at school revising and doing a chemistry mock, felt so thankful to get out on the chase with fly. But I felt tired and dehydrated and aditionally, my legs still hurt a bit from the weekend. Still a good run though.

Brereton Hayes O training. Felt really good, but struggling to see the map as a result of not wearing glasses. One section was a struggle, I think I only found it hard as I was lacking concentration somewhat.

Post Wrekin, morning dog walk. Legs feel heavy and legs feel sore. But still felt good to get out In the morning.

Brand new chain, greeted to a worn out cassette. Why is mountain biking so expensive? Still felt quick though even with single speed gears.
