Mountain bike 2:14:02 [4] **** 10.4 mi (4.7 mph) +471m

Sunday ride with Dylan. It was quite cold, quite wet and very windy. debating going running today because of the strength of the wind.

Little Broc Hill down and back with Fly dog to finalise this truly extravagant weekend. Although I felt relativly fit and healthy, my legs were still tired as a result of biking with Dylan earlier in the day up and around stile cop. Additionally, I had eaten a whole bar of Oreo Cadbury and a tin of Heinz beans a couple minutes before I went off running so ultimately that was a factor in me not going as fast as I normally would. Overall, it was a good recovery run and to be fair a good end to a certainly enjoyable week.

Pre breakfast run. I felt really good started doing some hills ended up on the path just below shooting butts trig point. Then dropped down into Sherbrook and found myself getting stook in the valleys marsh. After freeing myself from the marsh I ran back up sherbrook to the glacial boulder and later back home. Saw mum at the top of Brocton and had to try and not get followed by fly. Overall a really good run. So happy my knee feels somewhat better.
