I took it slow this training because it was quite difficult. It went pretty bad in the beginning but after a while it started to go well and I was happy with the training in the end.

Felt good to get in a longer run today as I haven't done that in a while. It felt refreshing and it was a long time since I enjoyed a run as much as I did today, the nice shore-landscape was probably one of the reasons why that was the case.

The start was far away so I had to run longer to start than I would have liked

Orienteering race (Masstart, Swedish league) 49:43 [5] 9.19 km (5:25 / km) +194m 4:54 / km

Barely ran any other stages so I had to be in a masstart after everyone with had started. Did well in terms of orienteering but I was a bit to slow to have a great race. I came 38th in total and 17th on the individual race.
