at monarch woods. close to zero and drizzle

jogging 37:00 [2] 5.0 km (7:24 / km) +130m 6:33 / km
shoes: Sally x-cross

4 loops at monarch woods. first one walking fast and easy jog uphill. next 3 skipping on flats, some knees up on light uphill or flats ( 40-60m), and run uphill, fats walk downhill. that mix and match got me some sort of effort good for these days- abdominal pain less than 10%. (couple ) few times got that pinched tendon inside my knee reminding me that i am not ok
